The Chameleon Skills team bases our programmes on collaboration. We have experienced leadership consultants and coaches from diverse backgrounds, who deliver our programmes focused on leadership at all levels – self leadership, team leadership and organisational leadership.
Each programme has a development focus linked to organisational objectives, delivering positive, sustainable and co-created successful outcomes.
EAGER FRAMEWORK
The EAGER framework forms the basis of all our programmes. It allows us to be flexible in development to meet individual client needs. It starts with leadership commitment, closely monitors the programme development, and roll out in line with agreed outcomes.
